prise en compte des renseignement avec une très bonne explication et d'aide aux tourismes un plus,le frigo,la table à repasser et le fer à repasser,chose totalement absent dans nos hôtels français et le plaisir de finir sa journée dans une piscine accessible jusqu'à 23h,propre et pas bondé cet hotel est très bien situé,tous les parks sont dans un rayon de 30km pour les plus loin

Tout peut se faire à pied le soir à partir de cet hotel et c'est très pratique. L'hotel est calme et les chambres sont très bien. Par contre la propreté des abords de la piscine sont largement à revoir (on marche sur des restes de repas comme des sandwiches ou des chips en fin de journée !). Rien à dire sur la piscine elle meme, correcte. Autre avantage de cet hotel : une navette gratuite est mise à disposition pour les parcs universal

I tought it was a 3 strar hotel but it is not. The hotel is in terrible conditions, the rooms had old furniture and the cabinet doors don't even close, the remote for the tv was broken,the room smells like mold, The A/C is loud as hell and you cant even sleep, the elevator does not have A/C and you almost die by the time you get to the 3rd floor. I do not recomend this hotel to anybody even that the location is great

The first night was a total nightmare. The beds were broken and unstable we couldn’t sleep very well. The toilet seat was loose making hard to use it. The room door was uneven been a whole mission to open it. The second day we requested a room change. The new room were a little bit in better conditions. Fortunately the beds were in better shape. Housekeeping is another unsatisfactory area. In general, the hotel is quite old needing urgent restoration works. I definitely never come back to this hotel.

the hotel was clean but not well maintained. the elevator on my end of the resort was down and there was no air conditioning in the one working elevator. the pool was very nice but the rooms needed paint and minor repairs. the area where the hotel was located was excellent but i would've preferred to stay at one of the other beautiful hotels in the area and wouldve done so if i knew thew condition of the room prior to arrival. next time ill pay the extra money for a better place.

After a 4 hour drive from Miami, FL, my party and I would have loved a nice, relaxing rest from our travel. The experience of going through the doors of the lobby was not what I expected. It was so hot in the lobby. The front desk agent then replied to me with an apology that their AC was broken. I pressed the up button for the elevator and waited a good 15 min for the elevator to come down, until someone passed y and told us that it was "out of service." So I had to take all the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The room was just OK, could have used a lot more detail on the cleaning. The pictures was a lot better than what it was in person. I was on my way to take a shower when I realized that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told that the hot water was also broken. It was later on fixed after a couple of hours only for it to be broken again the next day.

This used to be a nice hotel. You can see the remains of it. Of the 8 or 9 ice machines. None worked. They were all humming. Just no ice. Hair dryer did not work. Faucet handle came off. Safe was there, but had no locking mechanism. Some rooms had no door locks. No cable to speak of. Maybe 6 chaneels in english. The pool was way to warm for any enjoyment. Signs read - park at your own risk. Would never go back. For what it is worth !!

The hotel was alrite. It definitley needs a lot of renovation but the carpet has stains the sofa bed matress was absolutley disgusting with some sort of gross stain all over it and the rooms have a nasty humid feeling.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! The other hotel right next to it is much newer and it looks a lot better it's the radison. i won't be visiting this hotel again

With reading all the other reviews our expectations were pretty low, so when we showed up everything about our room was better than expected! I'm definitely not going to complain since it was cheap and we only needed a room to keep our things, shower, and sleep. If you're used to 5star hotels and plan on spending more time in your room, I'd recommend something better but it was perfect for us and we'll most likely stay here again.

Location was great and connected to the Radisson and the YMCA next door. Able to use all of those facilities at no additional charge. The hotel itself was not maintained at all. The pool needs refurbishing as well as the deck areas. The hot tub was not working the entire time. The bank of elevators on our side were also not working. Every morning there was trash in the elevator area bins which were not picked up in a timely matter and caused an awful odor. The maganetic key machine worked sporadically and we had to walk back to the lobby from our room on the other end of the hotel 4 times for working card keys. I would not recommend this hotel until it is upgraded and refurbished.

I'm not sure if I had a bad room due to the low rate BUT it was unpleasant. Safe in closet, dismantled, no lock. fridge off, with no instructions. Tub extremely unapproachable, Straws and garbage in the ceiling vent, Flushing was an issue, pubic hair on bathroom floor and shower area, blonde hair in the sheets and comforter, parking to the left side of the building seemed dark, unvisible to the front desk and unsupervised. I didnt stay for the days I had paid for due to these deficiencies. At check out, I wasn't asked if I wanted to change rooms for better accomadtions.

Very clean, comfy room, quite large. Great price, we got it on sale but definitely worth the money! I was pleasantly surprised. Very good location , a skip away from the theme parks and major hotels and restaurants. only weird thing was that there were red ants in the room near the bathroom? and the hotel does not offer breakfast. Would probably recommend to other people and stay there again , if they don't have the ants......

Stood in line for 45 minutes waiting to be checked in. Nothing was explained to the folks in line what was going on. Was frustrating. There was a legit problem but the employees should of addressed the customers as to what was going on, as we all just stood there for 45 minutes with no information.

I was looking for a hotel with a good location and decent rooms. This worked perfectly. The room had obviously undergone some renovations; although you could see the drywall on the ceiling covering up old vents and peeling paint . It wasn't perfect, but it was acceptable. I put a "Do Not Distrub" sign up the whole time I was there because I didn't want ANYONE in my room, so I can't comment on that. I just grabbed towels and washclothes one day as the maid was walking by. I bring my own sheets; so, I just stripped the bed and never even looked at theirs. It was all pretty good, but I will spend the extra 10-15 a night to have a nicer room next time.

-We requested a King Bed, and ended up with two double beds. -The elevator closed after three seconds of opening the door and its expiration date of inspection has been passed. -I am allergic to feather pillows, so the first night I called the front desk and requested non-feather pillows. They then brought feather pillows up. I called back down to the front desk, and got no where. The next night I called again to see if they had found any non-feather pillows. They said they found some, but never brought them up. -Before I bought a night with hotels.com, I called the hotel and they bounced me around through 5 phone calls. -Please, I know how people see this great price, and think...It's probably okay, but it's NOT!!!

We choose this Hotel because it has 3 stars, and "resort". I really don't know where are they. Ii you have to choose between this and La Quinta, believe me it is much better La Quinta inn. The blanket were all with holes in it. The bathroom was old, and with mold all over it. The a/c make so much noise that we couldn't be able to sleep all night. We decided to check out one night before that we was expected to do. I really do not recommended.

Do not stay here if you are looking for a NON-SMOKING, INDOOR HOTEL. The front desk clerks where AWESOME and that was only good part about the hotel. It was an exterior hotel, the shower did not work properly and would start out hot and end up being cold after a few minutes. The smoke smell from the smoking rooms seeped into our room. The description stated the room came with a microwave and refrigerator but it was not in the room. There wasn't enough parking. Just HORRIBLE!

I booked this hotel thinking I as getting a great deal for the time of year I was going. However, come to find out, this hotel was part of another hotel, and this one got the short end of the stick. I checked in at approx. 12:00 AM after traveling all night, and was assigned a room. I went to the room only to find the key they had given me did not work. I went back to the front desk, and the guy at the desk gave me another room. As I went back upstairs, there was the maintenance guy letting my girlfriend in the room. As we walked in the room, the condition of the room was nothing like the pictures. There was no nice bed and sofa, etc. There were two double beds that looked like they had just been picked out of the dumpster outside. Right outside of our room was their "pool bar" and for approximately 3 hours there was constant loud noise and drunk people. I called to the front desk 3 times, and got no action. I would not recommend staying here.

Check in staff was great but concierge tried to sell me a bunch of stuff before I got out of the lobby. That's the best part of my stay. The room smelled and was very worn and in disrepair. The tub and toilet were dirty and moldy. No washcloths in the bathroom. The closet door wouldn't slide on its track. The price was good but I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was listed as a three -star...the place however had a micro lobby, no restaurant or other facilities and was very dirty and dingy, the room was ok, but the bathroom was horrible (i didn't even let my kids take a shower due to the tub being filthy)...I was going to ask for another room but didn't see the point and didn't even want to speak to these people...as far as I am concerned we were duped.

When we tried to get a shuttle to magic kindom we were told be the front desk that since the shuttle has already left for the the day they would call the driver for us to see if he was avaialbe for pick up. we were told that he was and that he would charge us $16.00 a person each way. so if my math is accurat that would have been $64.00 round trip for two. When we got to our desitination we were charged $90.00 for the fare. We only paid for the one way after a shouting match of $40.00. i really think the hotel staff and the driver are in on so please be careful. Also we were put on the 5th floor and the elevator got stuck on the first night also very noisy at night location is great. but there are much nicer motels around that area for the same price. Would not reccomend this motel.

We had first called ahead and asked if our room would be ready and they said yes. Then when we arrived they said it was not. Then when we called hotels.com about it - it miracously became ready. The room stunk of mildew damp odor. There were roaches in the bathroom and in the room area. would not recommend to any of my friends or family.

We had such a wonderful stay. It was my husband, my 6 children (19, 13, 11, 9, 3, 1 1/2) also my best friend from California and her 17 yr old son. We stayed in three rooms. The bottom first floor was where mainly all of us stayed. It was a great floor!!! My girlfriend stayed on the top fourth floor. Her room wasn't as great as ours and she is used to staying in 5 star hotels. I felt bad, but the hotel was booked. Don't know if the whole fourth floor was the same as her room, but her room was not of the same quality as ours. We had a wonderful room with great maid service. The location was absolutely amazing! And it is close to every amusement park imaginable! You will love it here. The service was great. It has wonderful ammenities. And I would like to thank all those great comments I read that helped me decide to stay her. They were all on the money. It is no 5 star hotel, but for the great price, it was wonderful!!!

This hotel was rated 3 stare and did not meet my expectation. the hotel created a level of concern for safety. The sink faucet fixture was loose, the bathroom door didn't shut, there were stains on the walls and door, the closet was soiled in dirt, cable and electrical items were exposed, hair in towels and around the room, lamp fixture wiring was exposed, we booked a king bed and were given two double beds.

This hotel would not have been worth $1. The people were very rude at the front desk which was a terrible first impression. On top of that while waiting to check in there was clearly a call girl checking out at 2:30 (check out is 11). We opted after the 30 minutes we were waiting and watching and listening to how people were being treated that we would go elsewhere. Mt reservation was non refundable and I was willing to lose my money opposed to having my children stay there. Save your money.

We booked this hotel thinking we were just getting a great deal. But the pictures you see are not what you're getting. This hotel used to be connected to his neighboring hotel but even though they have the same owner, the two split and apparently this one got the short end of the stick. The rooms were very unsanitary. The counters not wiped down. The hairdryer cord, covered in some black residue, safe was broken, lights/lamps didnt work, door knob looked like it got kicked in or someone attempted to rip it off the bathroom door. Now, we didnt just get that one bad room in the whole hotel. We requested to see another room, found that one to be in the same condition. The location cannot make up for this hotel. Do not stay at this hotel, it is not worth any amount of money.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. It is not a luxury resort but the room was tidy, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic. It is right at the International Dr. which is the main road for restaurants and entertainment. The parks are only a few minutes aways. I would go there again.

We called the hotel before we booked it to make sure that they had a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, since we had brought all of our own food with us for our three day stay. When we got there, not only did the fridge not work, but there was no microwave. We were told that we would have to use the microwave in the lobby of the hotel next door (owned by the same people). As if this was not inconvenient enough, we were on the fourth floor and the elevator did not work half of the time. There was no ice to put in our cooler to keep our food from spoiling. We had to go to the hotel next door for that, too. There was no iron in the room. The maid cleaned our room when we were gone, even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. There was no internet access, even though it was advertised. I would not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. The only positive thing that I have to say is that the room was very clean and looked well maintained, although the exterior of the building was not.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, especially for the price. We only stayed one night but I would have stayed more in a place like that. The only issues were the old elevator was dirty and creaky and the directions to the hotel were very confusing. Maybe try mentioning the landmarks for where you should turn off of I-Drive? (Such as "Right before the Ponderosa" as was the case with this hotel.)

The 1 we stayed @ is located next to the Radisson and it was not a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly i give it that but other than that i would not stay there again.
