Le personnel est très aimable, l'hôtel dispose d'une très jolie infrastructure et accueille aussi des artistes de renommée mondiale (Tracy Chapman, Beach Boys,...) dans une zone de concerts en plein air. L'aéroport est à 5 minutes en voiture et les autres sites à visiter à San Diego sont très proches. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

l'endroit est superbe ( jardin tropical )- les chambres sont de véritable appartement avec cuisine équipée - salon ( t v ) chambre avec dressing - bureau très luxueux ...

hôtel de style exotique hawaiien avec un superbe jardin, grande piscine, décoration moderne chambre trés bien équipée et propre emplacement dans un cadre magnifique de la marina!que demander de plus!!!à recommander pour le 4 juillet la vue sur la baie avec les 5 feux d'artifice idéale!!!

Très bon hôtel , bien situé au calme. L'environnement est très jolie, superbe piscine chauffée et jacuzzi. La navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel est très pratique.

Belle piscine, situation idéale, personnel très accueillant. Demandez de préférence une chambre avec vue sur la piscine ou si c'est vue sur la baie, demandez qu'elle soit à l'étage.

Very nice quiet hotel with a very tropical environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are many activities you can partake in at the hotel ecluding; Golf, swimming, live music, and a poolside bar.

check in was very easy and quick. Gorgeous pool area and spa. Ocean and downtown view from ACROSS THE STREET at the hotel and also a beach grass way walking path. Hotel room was comfortable and nice big screen LG TV but not very many TV channels. Only 1 channel for kids. Great air conditioning and the room also had a ceiling fan. We would stay at this hotel again. Loved the tropical feel and the customer service. They do have night concerts a lot at this hotel and parking gets crowded at night but they do hold open spots for hotel guests by their rooms. Try this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Close to everything you could ever need, the water is across the street and a playground, with a beautiful view!! The pool is a little deep for young kids.

We came here last year during a heat wave for a quick staycation; this year was the same, and again we were not disappointed. They gave us a wonderful room with a little patio, huge flatscreen TV, soft beds, room refrigerator, free Wi-Fi. They have a nice pool surrounded by palm trees, and poolside bar. At first the room A/C wasn't doing the trick during the heat wave, but a request to the front desk brought maintenance staff within 5 minutes and they quicky fixed the issue. Great experience, we'll be back!

On vacation with grand daughter, room was wonderful, just the right size, pool was great, spa for me great, grand daughter preferred to swim in the clear,clean pool. Staff friendly, but bath tub was dirty, oops, nothing major I just had to clean it before grand daughter bathed. Not really a big deal but with how clean everything else was, it was out of place. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a real San Diego experience. Lovely time! Good price, will return.

Booked a Jr. Suite as we have 2 small kids. 1 & 5. Turned out to be smaller than had imagined. Crowded. Our room was located above the commercial sized laundry exhaust. Couldn't understand why it was so hot/humid in our room till next morn. Sitting on patio I realized the vent was below us. Sleepless. Also smelt of spilt alcohol due to the fact concerts are held there throughout summer. Without kids great place to see show. Great location & scenery. Still recommend to stay, opposite of the theater. Service was prompt. We asked for portacrib and was delivered quickly.

Hotel was beautiful, room was nice, pool was large and the small pond was great entertainment for our little girl. She loved looking at the fish, turtles and parrots. Also, a cute little duck family roamed the grounds. My only complaint was that the service at Humphreys Restuarant was very slow and we barely got back in time for check out. But other than that, it was perfect and we will be back! :)

Room was small. Bathroom door was actually stapled together. It looked like someon had kicked the backing on the shutters on door. It had been stapled on.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained.The staff was very nice and our over all stay was wonderful.

This hotel was our favorite part of the weekend we spent in San Diego. The view from the balcony was very very nice and the landscaping withing the hotel reminded me of Hawaii. The only downside was parking when the hotel was hosting a concert that evening and the outer siding (which included the balcony) looked outdated.

The grounds are incredible with lush palms. There's a concert venue on the property and it was no problem. We heard Pat Benatar...for free! Our first room was a bit tight..had to slide sideways to get into bathroom. Bathroom door was peeling. We asked to be moved and the staff was great, they couldn't have been more attentive to our needs. The only real bummer was that the spa was out of service for two of our three days.

I tried to get an early check in due to the fact that I drive over 500 miles to get to the location. During my initial call I have never been told off in such a nice way. The rep told me my reservation was not in the system from Hotels.com. When I asked why she told me since I am keeping her on the phone she canot get to them all in a very pleasant voice. Such a nice way to tell someone to stop bothering her with a smile. All of my other visits have been great. Must have been a hectic weekend for these people. Boney James was performing there afterall.

All in all it was a really nice experience. The two downsides would be the pool situation, and the 'gym'. We always pick a hotel with a nice pool and jacuzzi, but on the second day of our trip, they emptied out the jacuzzi because of an "emergency ". Had we known that they were cleaning it out, we would have stayed at another hotel. Not to mention the face towels they gave you at the pool. The other complaint was the gym. I thought I had walked into a storage closet. Especially after the only treadmill they had inexplicably stopped after 10 minutes.

Beautiful hotel! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Much to our surprise and delight we also got to enjoy Pat Benatar live! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property! Class A friendly staff everywhere, ready to assist you in having a perfect stay there. Upon check -in, we were upgraded to a suite for no apparent reason. Gorgeous accommodations with all the amenities you could hope for. Excellent restaurant with more right down the block. Pool area exquisite. Would love to come back soon!

I would recommend this hotel, but be careful of the room you might be getting. Some rooms have been renovated and are quite nice and others are quite old (furniture, blinds, etc.) and not as nice. Do Not take a room with a sofa sleeper. The sofa is old and tacky and the mattress is paper thin and will kill your back if someone has to use it as a bed.

Not happy with the restaurant....terrible service and prices are too high for the quality of the food. The grounds are beautiful...had a lovely room.Great location !

this place is comfortable and it is great for family with so many conveniant restuarnts to go to and the bay at yoru fingertips

the hotel is a tropical setting next to the marina with a wonderful staff and close to anything you could want to do or see.

The weather 4th of July through the 7th was very cool and not much to our liking. However the hotel had nothing to do with it. The room was great and the beds were a pleasure to sleep in. We did eat at quite a few places such as Bernadina's just up from the hotel, and Anthony's on the pier near the USS Midway had great food. Our overall experience was great but the weather really sucked.

This hotel seems to have a bay on both sides of it yet you can't see the one that borders the property due to rooms right on the edge. The Dana Inn on Mission Bay allows you to walk a path along the bay and you can take advantage of the views from the pool there as well... not so at Humphrey's. The staff was very friendly and our room was nice, though we found trash under the vanity from the previous guest and the fitted sheet was poorly fitted to the bed and we had to take it off and remake the bed ourselves before laying down. We enjoyed our direct access to the pool and the pool bar was open on our first night and had reasonable rates for a couple of beers. If you can get a far better deal on this hotel then the Dana Inn it is worth the stay, otherwise it is not worth the full price.
